► Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, and etc.


► Shipping information, we accept DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT, and most people choose DHL and FedEx. The hair will be shipped within 24 hours after payment arrive. Usually, the delivery time will be like that (except for some remote areas): Europe America  Canada: 3 to 4 working days, Africa South America: 5 to 7 working days


► Note: we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays and holidays. Besides, the shipping time is out of our control, and in most cases delivery would be on time.


Tracking Number: After your order is dispatched, we will offer your a tracking number and please pay attention for your package . In normal circumstances, the tracking number starts to work within 24h, but at this moment, your package is already on the way.

► Please note Aofawigs.com will not be liable for packages refused or held by your respective country Customs for delivery.


► We request that you contact your respective Customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.


► Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. When ordering from aofawigs.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


About order Canceling


► We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.


► If you contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.


► If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.


► Orders can't be canceled if your order has been processed or the parcel has been shipped out.


► If you have chosen the Paypal e-check to pay, it usually takes 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. During this time, if you want the refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee.




► Violation of laws:  If a package is returned to aofawigs.com due to violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to aofawigs.com. A refund will be issued for merchandise only,minus a 20% restocking fee.


► Customer refusal:  If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), aofawigs.com will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package and inspection that all original shipped goods have been returned. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.


► Lost packages:  Lost packages must be reported to aofawigs.com within 45 days of date of shipment confirmation. aofawigs.com cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one per calendar year (not to exceed a total value of US$200).


► For any returned package:  For any order that is returned to aofawigs.com, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, aofawigs.com will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.


► Destroyed or unreturned packages:  If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to aofawigs.com, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
